Missed checks and failed check-ins are never hidden or silently passed. They show up as what they are, so the record stays honest in both directions.
A live map that ends the check-in call
The Live Monitor shows every rep on a map with their shift state: waiting to start, active, checking out, completed. Managers open any shift to see its evidence, arrival time and geofence result, photos where required, location checks so far, and activity logged.
